PMC has been appointed to provide management services for Hyundai Hillstate Villa in Hanoi’s Ha Dong district.
The complex has 62 luxury villas developed by Hyundai RNC next to the Hillstate apartment complex, which has more than 900 units under completion.
PMC has also won recognition for its management service as the Agribank Tower building in Hanoi was recently awarded the second prize in a completion on energy management in industrial and high-rise buildings during 2012.
Managed and operated by PMC, Agribank tower is a 21-storey building with total floor space of 19,000 square metres. The building was designed with advanced construction technologies and energy saving facilities.
