Park City Hanoi

Park City Hanoi with an area of more than 77 hectares, is located at a convenient area at the intersection of extended Le Van Luong Street and Le Trong Tan Street, in Ha Dong District, a south-west gateway of Ha Noi.

The project is set to emulate the success of Desa ParkCity, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which won FIABCI’s Malaysia Property Award in 2010.

After completion, the township consists of 7,000 residential units, a 3 hectare busy commercial centre, a 11 hectare spreading central park, one public school and one international school on an area of 5.7 hectare. It is divided into 15 separated sub-zones, named by 15 flowers and equipped with strong security system. Park City Ha Noi has a special architecture and landscape features; terraces and villas interposed between park zones spreading throughout the project area, making a clean living environment, integrated with nature.

From September 2014, PMC has been selected as investor management unit of Park City’s phase 1 named Nadyne Gardens, a 6.46 acres sub-zone including 177 low-rise houses.

Nadyne Gardens not only enjoys modern common amenities of the project such as a commercial centre, central park, clubhouse facilities and an international school, it is also  equipped with swimming pools, gym, tennis court, badminton and basketball courts, BBQ garden, multi-purpose hall, café and pavilion, which give ParkCity residents the feeling of living in a resort.
