To facilitate effective maintenance and repair, the Board of Management of a building should keep detailed information about the building facilities, for example:
- The building plans;
- The layout plans of drainage, water supply, fire services and electricity supply The layout plans of lighting system in common areas and communal aerial systems;
- Contracts of the installation of water pumps, lifts, generators and air-conditioning system.
- The installation contracts of generations, elevator, pumps and HVAC system.
