Property management has a long history of development in many countries; however, it has just developed in recent decades in Vietnam. Along with the economic and social development of the country, which is reflected by a large number of modern office buildings and high-rise condominiums, the market demand for quality property management has significantly increased.

The more modern and well-equipped buildings are, the stricter management standards will be required. Property managers have to not only maintain a good condition and efficient operation for the building but also assure to add its value over time and improve the image of the building in the eyes of the public. Therefore, property management companies, management boards, and developers must update the latest technologies in order to meet the increasing demands of clients.

Being well aware of those requirements, PMC has been constantly learning and selecting appropriate international standards and procedures to apply in practical Vietnam’s environment, which has been proved appropriate by the success of each project and high evaluation of developers.

PMC has been consulting, training, and transferring management procedures of different types of properties to developers, management boards of a number of major projects, such as Sky City, Sunrise City, Hapro Building, etc. PMC experts will conduct surveys on projects, train staff, establish management procedures and then transfer to managing units.

- For operation and maintenance departments: PMC provides training on operation and maintenance procedures as well as categories of technical systems for each kind of property (commercial buildings, residential buildings, shopping centers, etc.);

- For service department: PMC establishes and standardizes all procedures for contractors including cleaning, security, landscape maintenance, etc. to ensure and maintain the best quality of service for clients;

- For financial and accounting departments: PMC provides guidance on the preparation of annual budget, financial statements, and implementation of tax obligations. Besides, PMC will also give advice on expenditure management,  insurance and procurement of all supplies, goods and services;

- For PR/Marketing: PMC collaborates with developers to develop marketing programs to attract clients as well as maintain and promote the building image to the community;

Especially, for condominiums, PMC will provide support on the formation and operation of the Board of Management for effective and transparent management of the condominiums as well as the enhancement between the relationship of developers and residents.
